Guest Reviews
There are none yet, and we are not going to invent any. This page carries the policy instead: how a review gets here, what we will publish, and what to judge us on while there is nothing to read.

The honest answer first
Are there reviews for Pattaya ATV & Elephant Tour?
No. The brand launched in 2026 and we have not published a single verified guest review yet, so there is no star rating and no review markup anywhere on this site. What we do publish is every price in Thai baht, the exact elephant programme and the safety rules. Judge us on those.
It is normal for a Pattaya tour page to open with a row of five-star cards and an average carried to one decimal place. Most of those numbers cannot be traced back to anything. We started running ATV, buggy and elephant tours in 2026 and have not carried enough guests to have honest feedback, so there is none on this page.
There was an obvious alternative. We could have written six warm paragraphs, attached first names and nationalities to them, and bought a set of smiling faces to sit alongside. We could have dropped an aggregate rating into the page code, where no visitor looks but every search engine does. Both are common. Both are lies, and the second is the sort a machine then repeats on our behalf to someone who asked it a simple question.
So this is the policy instead: six commitments, the route a review will actually travel, and six things you can check today without taking anyone’s word for them. When the first real review arrives it will appear on this page under the rules written below, and the rules will not change to suit it.
The review charter
Our review policy, in six commitments
Written now, while the page is empty and there is nothing to be tempted by. Each one is a rule we can be held to later, which is the only kind worth publishing before the first guest writes anything.
Every review is tied to a booking we can check
A review goes on this page only if we can match it to a booking we hold: a date, a tour, and the WhatsApp thread it was arranged in. That is the whole of the verification, and it is deliberately unglamorous.
It also means we cannot publish something sent by a person who never rode with us, however warm it is. If we ever cannot tie a review to a booking, it does not go up, and you will not know, which is exactly why the rule has to be written down before the first one arrives.
Published dated and unedited, including the bad ones
What you write is what appears. Spelling, tangents, complaints, the sentence that does not quite land: all of it. Each entry carries the date it was written and the tour it came from, so you can tell whether it describes this season’s trail or a morning two years old.
We do not tidy grammar, cut the middle out of a paragraph, translate a review into something more flattering, or push a lukewarm one down the page.
We never pay for a review, and never discount one
No free passenger seat, no baht off the next booking, no prize draw, no commission to anyone who collects them. The moment a review is worth money it stops being evidence and becomes advertising, and you would be right to ignore every line of it.
Our published prices are the prices, verified , whether or not you write a word afterwards.
We never delete a negative review; we answer it in public
If a morning goes badly, it stays here, in the same list, with our reply underneath it. Not a reply that explains the guest away: where we were at fault we say so, and where we disagree we say that too and let you read both.
A page on which nothing ever went wrong is a page somebody curated. 16 km of jungle track, weather and machinery are not that well behaved.
No star rating until there are enough reviews for one to mean anything
An average of four reviews is not a rating, it is a rounding error, and a perfect score out of three is a coincidence. We will not publish an average, a score out of five, or a “rated by N guests” line until the body of reviews is large enough that one more opinion cannot swing it.
When we do publish one, it will say how many reviews it is built from, in the same place as the number itself. Until then, read the words; that is what they are for. More about how we work is on the about page.
No review markup in our code until the reviews behind it exist
Search engines and AI assistants read structured data that no visitor ever sees. It is the easiest place on a website to lie, because a rating written into the code shows up in results whether or not a single guest ever typed one.
There is no
Reviewand noAggregateRatingin this site’s markup, on this page or any other. View the page source and check; that is the point of saying it here.

A plan, not a claim
Where reviews will appear, and how they get here
Nothing below has happened yet. It is the route we have decided a review will take, published in advance so you can tell whether we stuck to it once there are entries on the page to compare it against.
Planned process · not yet in use
Reviews published
This space is empty on purpose. The first review will appear right here, with its date and the tour it came from, and it will not be joined by anything we wrote ourselves.
- After the ride
Nothing happens on the day
The tour ends, the van drops you back at your hotel and we leave you alone. Nobody hands you a tablet at the camp or asks for stars while you are still washing mud off your legs.
- A day or two later
One message, once
A single WhatsApp message in the thread you booked in: did it go well, and would you write a few lines. Nothing automated, no email sequence, no reminder. If you do not reply, that is the end of it.
- What you send
Your words, your language
Plain text is fine. No form, no score out of five, no minimum length. We answer in 4 languages and we will publish a review in the one it was written in.
- Where it lands
On this page, dated
It appears here with its date and the tour it came from, in the order reviews arrive. If it is critical, our reply sits underneath it. Nothing is filtered on the way in.
- Much later
Only then, a rating
When there are enough reviews for an average to survive one more opinion, we will publish one and say how many it is built from. We are not putting a date on that here.
Six things you can check today
How to judge an adventure operator when there are no reviews to read
Reviews are the lazy way to answer this, and on a new operator they are unavailable anyway. These six are better, because each of them is a document rather than an opinion, and each links to the page where ours is published.
Per driver, per passenger, per buggy, in Thai baht, from ฿2,890, on one price page that carries the date the numbers were last checked. An operator who will not put a figure in writing before you arrive is telling you something about the figure you will be given at the camp.
Ours is feeding, walking, and on the longer tours the mud bath and the river. No riding, no shows, no painting, and no offer to arrange riding somewhere else. Vague words about “ethical” with no description of what actually happens are the answer to watch for.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. No deposit. Pay in cash or by card at the camp. Nothing is held on a card in advance, which also means nothing has to be argued back out of one. The rest of the small print is on the questions page.
A maximum of 8 vehicles rides behind one guide on any of our tours. A cap you can quote back at somebody is worth more than the phrase “small groups”, which commits nobody to anything.
Third-party insurance is included on every tour; personal travel insurance is not, and it sits in the not-included column rather than being left for you to assume. Helmets, gloves and the briefing are on the safety page in the same plain terms.
Ask us on WhatsApp whether a nervous 58-year-old should drive or ride as a passenger, or what happens if it rains all morning. Our hours are published (Daily 07:00–18:00 ICT) and a straight answer to an inconvenient question before any money moves is the cheapest test there is.
A seventh test is not a document but a habit: notice what a page shows you when it has nothing to prove. There are no testimonial cards on this one, no smiling strangers and no stars, because there is nothing yet to attach them to. What we can show you instead is the ride: the gallery is pictures of the trail and the elephants, not of guests we have not carried. The same principle is what keeps this page empty.
An invitation
Be the first person on this page
If you have ridden with us, the space above is yours to fill. Write what actually happened, including the parts that did not go to plan; those are the entries that make the rest of the page worth reading.
Send it in the same WhatsApp thread you booked in, or start a new one with the button below. Tell us the tour and roughly when you rode so we can match it to the booking, and say whether you would rather appear as a first name or as initials. We will not publish anything you have not agreed to.
Nothing is offered in return. Not a discount, not a free passenger seat, not a place in a draw; see commitment three above.
